You can easily change your Mobile plan online:
- Log into Your Account with your TPG Username/Mobile Number and Password.
- Click View All Mobile Service Accounts
- Click Mobile Change of Plan under the Mobile plan you wish to change
- Click Start Change of Plan to start your Mobile change of plan process
Your new Mobile plan will be active in your next billing cycle if you apply for change of plan at least 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle.
