  Improving Your TPG Experience

Good news! We have recently revamped our Customer Support Page and added in heaps of useful content. This new Support Site is a one stop information hub covering technical support, troubleshooting, and accounts & billing information for TPG's mainstream consumer products.

For easier navigation, we have categorised the support information based on our product categories (e.g. ADSL2+ with Home Phone, Naked ADSL2+, Mobile, etc). Simply choose the product you wish to acquire support information for and you will be presented with options to solve most support issues.

We always strive to improve your experience as a TPG customer. We trust that the introduction of this revamped Customer Support Page will improve your online self-help experience with TPG.

Of course, you are still welcome to call our Technical Support on 13 14 23. Did you know that the average waiting time for incoming calls to our Call Centre is under 20 seconds (based on data gathered over a 3 month period)?
