Our Pay As You Go plans are great for occasional mobile users. Pay a small access fee of $1 a month and the rest you pay per use at some of the cheapest call rates around. TPG Broadband (ADSL, ADSL2+, ADSL2+ with Home Phone, Naked ADSL2+, SHDSL & Fibre Optic Broadband) customers receive 150MB of data per month (or 50MB for Non TPG Broadband Customers).
Existing TPG Broadband customers must choose "I am an existing TPG Subscriber" and log into the online mobile registration page with your TPG Broadband Username and Password to be eligible for the 150MB included mobile data - exclusive to TPG Broadband customers.
Existing TPG Broadband customers are entitled to obtain multiple Pay As You Go Mobile plans. However, only the first Pay As You Go plan includes 150MB of data per month. Additional plans purchased will include 50MB of data per month.

Discounted mobile monthly charge reverts to standard price of $17.99 (Medium Business Mobility plan) from discounted $14.99 and $34.99 (Heavy Business Mobility plan) from discounted $29.99, if TPG Broadband is terminated or not active. A valid ABN/ACN number is required at the time of registration.

^Included Value:
For Business Mobility plans, Included Value means the available monthly usage value which can be used within each billing month for eligible calls
and other usage types. Eligible Calls and Usage types are: Calls, SMS & MMS to Standard Australian (includes 13/18) and International Numbers (Landlines & Mobiles),Video Calls to Standard Australian Mobiles, Diversion within Australia and Tethering. Standard rates apply for usage outside of the Included Value.
Unused Included Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly billing cycle period. SMS & MMS not counted towards Included Value for Heavy plan only due
to unlimited quota.
#$100 Included International Value:
This offer applies to Infinity & Beyond Business Mobility plan only. $100 Included International Value can be used for Calls to Standard International Numbers.
Standard International call rates apply beyond $100 of Included International Value. Included International Value excludes International Roaming and Data usage
whilst roaming.
Excluded Value:
Business Mobility Plans exclude Calls and SMS to 19 numbers, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo services, Third Party content, International Video Calls,
International Roaming, Directory Assistance, Calls thru to connect services (e.g. 124YES) and other Enhanced Services.
Included & Excess Data:
Each Business Mobility plan has a specific amount of Included Data each month, Excess Data rate applies once Included Data is exceeded.

The Unlimited SMS & MMS offer available in the TPG Heavy and Infinity & Beyond Business Mobility Plans can not be used for wholesaling, reselling,
refilling & SIM boxing purposes. If TPG reasonably believes that you are using the Unlimited SMS & MMS offer in a manner that may adversely affect
the mobile network, TPG may ask you to switch to another plan or may provide one month’s notice of termination of the mobile service.
- Unlimited SMS & MMS to Standard Australian & International Numbers - applies to Heavy and Infinity & Beyond Business Mobility Plans.
- Unlimited Calls to TPG Support (13 14 23) & Unlimited Voicemail - applies to all Business Mobility Plans and can be only used within Australia.

TPG On-Net Numbers:
Calls to TPG On-Net Numbers include numbers serviced by TPG Home Phone (On-Net), TPG VOIP, TPG eCall and TPG DV30 products.
Video Calling (only available with TPG Business Mobility Plans):
Video Calling is handset dependent and both parties to the call must be in a 3G coverage area. For coverage details see

Payment:
Monthly access charges are billed monthly in advance. Payment options are Direct Debit or Credit Card.
Mobile Deposit:
TPG Mobile service is neither prepaid nor post paid. At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay
for any excluded or excess usage outside your Included Value (for Business Mobility Plans) or all usage (for Pay As You Go plans). Excluded or excess
usage means any Calls, Text or Data that go either above your Cap Value or are not included in your Included Value. Once your deposit goes below $5,
we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once
per month and more than $20 might need to be debited. You authorise us to make such debits to your account/credit card. If you do not exceed your
Included Value and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your Mobile plan, your deposit will not ever be debited. We will send you SMS messages
about your usage and the debits during the month. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit
are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be credited back to your account once you cancel the service.
Enabling and Using Mobile Data (GPRS/3G):
By enabling DATA (GPRS/ 3G), you are able to use services like internet browsing, email, navigation, downloading maps, checking the weather and other online
services on your mobile phone. These services use data. Data usage includes combined upload & download data transfer.
If you exceed your plan's Included Mobile Data value, additional excess data usage charges will be payable in accordance with the terms of the plan you acquire.
DATA (GPRS/ 3G) is enabled by default on Business Mobility Plans.
Any unused Included Mobile Data in a month does not roll over into subsequent months.
The data usage records in the “Your account” section of the TPG website may be delayed by up to 2 days.
Charges for data usage on Business Mobility Plans:
Data usage on Business Mobility Plans is charged at $0.0025 per 10KB session.
Example of charges:
6KB (rounded to minimum 10KB) = $0.0025
100KB = $0.025
500KB = $0.125
1000KB (1MB) = $0.25
Charges for data usage on Pay as You Go Plan:
† Data usage on Pay As You Go Plan is 2.75c per MB, charged per 100KB session.
Example of charges:
60KB (rounded to minimum 100KB block) = $0.00275
1000KB (1MB) = $0.0275
Charges for data usage will be taken out of your included plan value, or, if the data usage exceeds will be take out from your Deposit balance. Remember if your Deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited an amount sufficient to restore the Deposit balance back up to $20. The Deposit balance could be restored multiple times a day if you continue to accrue data usage.
TPG will endeavour to warn you via SMS when you are about to exceed and have exceeded your included plan value amount. TPG receives information regarding usage and displays it to you (via the “Your account” section of this website) 24 to 48 hours after you accrue it. Therefore we are not able to immediately warn you about heavy usage. You are responsible for any usage irrespective of any warnings.
