This utility shows you how to create a form to e-mail to add to your web site. All you need to do is follow the instructions:

Step 1:

  • There are 3 important fields that you must be aware of in order to use the form to e-mail converter:
    • RCPT - This is the name of the recipient (ie. who the e-mail is going to)
    • from - The e-mail address of the person who is submitting the form (ie. who it's coming from)
    • subject - The subject to use for the e-mail

    Step 2: Select The Form That Suits Your Needs

  • Once you have selected the form you wish to include in your web page Go to View then Source in your web browser. This will show this page in HTML code. Copy the HTML code of the form you have selected and paste into your web page.
