• Internet sharing software (e.g. Wingate)
• Mail server software (e.g. mDaemon, Exchange, but check our support pages for suggestions)
• Firewalls and access (control) lists
• Debugging/Problem solving CGI/PERL/HTML
• Designing web pages & submitting to search engines
• Configuration of Linux gateway/firewall machines
• Hardware faults (Non-modem/Internet related)
• Viruses and virus scanning software for your PC
• Operating Systems, e.g. MS Windows, Mac's, LINUX, UNIX etc.
• Internal networks / LANs / VPNs
• Non-Internet related issues, e.g. Windows upgrades, display resolution etc.
• Setting up a Web/Mail server for you network
• Setting up central splitters
• Email clients e.g. Outlook etc.
