Introducing Voicemail

Voicemail allows you to divert your unanswered calls to your own Voicemail box where the caller may record a message. You can dial your Voicemail box when convenient to retrieve stored messages.

Activating Voicemail Service

Voicemail service is automatically activated upon successful activation of your mobile service. Your unanswered calls will automatically be diverted to your Voicemail box.

To check if Voicemail is set up on your phone dial 321. If you get the message "Ding Dong that number is not listed" your Voicemail is not activated.

If you wish to have this service removed or enabled, you can go online and do the necessary changes under the Mobile Service Control Panel. To do this kindly check FAQ 1.28 Can I manage my mobile service conditions online?
