How to Move Home?

You may be eligible to get TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone Bundle service at your new home. An active telephone line is NOT required. Please check service availability at your new address here.

How long does it take?

Installation of ADSL2+ with Home Phone Bundle at your new home will take approximately 5-20 working days. Let us know early when you are moving home so that we can start the process as soon as possible!

Can I use my existing ADSL2+ service while relocation is in progress?

You can nominate a date to start the moving home process. Your ADSL2+ with Home Phone service will be installed within 5-20 working days after the date you nominated. You can use your existing service up until the new service at your new home becomes active, after which service at your old home will be cancelled.

Can I keep my existing TPG Username or Email?

Yes, you will be able to keep your existing TPG Username and Email as we will simply relocate your account to your new location.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

You should be able to keep your existing home phone number if your current home phone provider is Telstra, Optus, AAPT, Primus, or Powertel. We will confirm whether your number is eligible to be transferred to your new home after application has been submitted. Please note transferring your number to TPG will take additional 4-5 business days to installation (already included in the 10-20 business days installation time).

How do I check the progress of my service relocation?

TPG will keep you updated via email of the progress of your service relocation. You can also check the progress of ADSL2+ with Home Phone installation here.
