I only need Broadband from TPG. How do I move my service to my new home?

You can submit a moving home request via our online tool here. Please note that you need an active telephone line on the Telstra network before installation of Standalone ADSL2+.


How long does it take?

Installation of Standalone ADSL2+ service takes approximately 3-5 working days assuming that we need no further confirmation/information from you.


Can I use my existing ADSL2+ service while relocation is in progress?

If you have already asked your phone provider to transfer your current phone service to your new home, your ADSL2+ may already have been disconnected. Otherwise if your telephone service remains active at your old home, ADSL2+ service should continue until service at your new home has been installed.


Can I keep my existing TPG Username or Email?

Yes, you will be able to keep your existing TPG Username and Email as we will simply relocate your account to your new location.


How do I check the progress of my service relocation?

TPG will keep you updated via email of the progress of your service relocation.
