Zero Capital Cost - with low setup and maintenance fees that are treated as "operating expenses" and no depreciation hassles, a TPG VoIP PABX is a truly affordable solution for any organisation needing from four to 400 telephone handsets.

Lower Call Costs - enjoy 10-cent flat rate calls within and between Australian capital cities*, 28-cents per minute to mobiles (billed by the second), and international calls from 1.99-cents per minute (UK & USA)...with NO flag fall on any calls. You can also save money by reducing the number of existing phone lines thus lowering your monthly line rental costs (you only need enough phone lines for incoming calls because all your outbound calls are VoIP and line-free).

FREE Inter-branch Calls - regardless of where you have offices around the Australian mainland, all your voice and video-conference calls between the TPG VoIP PABX’s in each of your branch offices are totally free!

Cabling - use your existing computer network cabling without the expense of re-cabling. Installation of the system is simple and fast...just plug’n’play.

Reliability & Redundancy - the TPG VoIP PABX is an Australian designed and built machine that is tested to meet rigorous standards; however to ensure that your business is always "just a phone call away", a second, fully redundant VoIP PABX is supplied and configured at NO extra charge.

Call Reports - with "live" detailed reporting which is instantly available on your web-browser, you can make informed decisions on reducing costs and/or adding resources.

Handsets - the standard "Small Office Solution" includes 4x Executive desktop handsets, but you can add extra handsets or upgrade to video-conferencing desktop and/or wireless handsets for a few extra dollars.

Low-cost Broadband - a TPG ADSL2+ broadband connection with up to 24Mbps download/1Mbps upload and 100% dedicated to your voice traffic will ensure your VoIP PABX operates at maximum efficiency with the best quality of service; however in those areas where ADSL2+ is unavailable, TPG’s 512Kbps/512Kbps DSL service will also provide you with outstanding call quality.

Automated Attendant - helps your receptionist by answering calls instantly and providing an efficient system for your customers to gain direct access to specific departments or "known extension" numbers.

Automatic Call Distribution - minimising caller waiting times by routing your incoming calls in a variety of ways to ensure they are handled by the first available operator.

Voice Mail - tailor your own voice mail and messages to suit your business. Email alerts keep you informed when you’re away from your phone.
