What is Preselection?
Preselection allows you to nominate a preferred telephone provider to provide access to national, international and calls to mobiles from your fixed telephone line. By preselecting your line to TPG, you will enjoy super cheap national, international, fixed line to mobile call rates.

If you preselect to TPG, you can make massive savings on your phone bill with TPG’s super cheap rates for national, international and calls to mobile. You don’t need to dial prefix when making calls.
How does Preselection work?
If you choose to preselect to TPG, TPG will transparently arrange the transfer of your long distance national, international and calls to mobiles from your current service provider to TPG. These calls will be automatically routed through TPG’s own voice network. You will keep paying your line rental, charges for local calls and all other value added services to your current service provider.

Who can get TPG Preselection?
TPG Preselection is available to approved fixed line home phone customers subject to contractual commitments with your current provider and further line checks. Please note TPG Preselection is not available to the phone number that’s associated with TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service and any VoIP with DID service.
I need to dial any prefix when making calls?
No. By using TPG primarily for your long distance calls, these calls will be automatically placed through TPG’s own voice network. You don’t have to dial any prefix for your national, international or calls to mobiles. You don’t require any new setting on your phone handset to access this service.

Important Terms & Conditions:
1 Preselection Deposit:
At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a deposit for all call charges (national, international and calls to mobiles). If your deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited an amount sufficient to bring it back up to $20. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit of $20 is unsuccessful.
2 TPG's Preselection Service is available to approved customers with an existing home phone line (excluding the phone line that’s associated with TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service and any VoIP with DID service). This is subject to contractual obligations from your current telephone provider and further line checks. The service is available to selected destinations. Please note TPG cannot guarantee that your home phone service provider will allow you to preselect your long distance national, international and fixed line to mobile calls to TPG.
TPG Preselection does not include home phone line rental and local calls as the service is a Long Distance Preselection only service. Preselection calls exclude calls to Premium numbers, 13/18 and 190 numbers and Operator assisted calls.
Preselection with TPG may cease if a Customer changes its access service provider or preselects to another supplier.
