Important Things You Need To Know: |
| Download Quota and Speed Shaping: |
1 Consists of peak (9am - 4am) and off peak (4am - 9am customer's local time) download quota. Speed will be shaped to 64k/64k for the period in which the download quota has been exceeded (peak and/or off peak).

2 Speed will be shaped to 64k once inclusive download quota is reached until the start of the next billing month.

3 Consists of peak (9am - 4am) and off peak (4am - 9am customer's local time) download quota. Speed will be shaped to 128k/128k for the period in which the download quota has been exceeded (peak and/or off peak).

4 Speed will be shaped to 128k once inclusive download quota is reached until the start of the next billing month.

1GB (Gigabyte) is equal to 1000MB (Megabyte); 1MB is equal to 1000KB (Kilobyte).
Upload traffic is not counted.

Payment:

Monthly access charges are billed monthly in advance. Payment options are Direct Debit or Credit Card.

256 /8GB, Ultimate Unlimited 256 and Ultimate 512/25GB come with Dynamic IP address. All other plans come with Static IP address.

+Free VoIP Calls :
|
Sign up to an eligible TPG ADSL plan and receive 500 free VoIP call minutes for calls to Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, excl. calls to mobiles. The specified VoIP capable modem/router can be purchased from TPG at the time of registration. Free calls are calculated with a minimum call time of 10 minutes and thereafter in 1 minute increments.

Mobile Deposit:
At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a deposit for any excluded or excess usage (any calls, text or data that go either above your Cap value or are not included in your Cap Value, and may also include any usage at any time that isn't covered by your Cap Value, e.g. premium services or roaming services). If your deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited an amount sufficient to bring it back up to $20. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit of $20 is unsuccessful. If you do not exceed your Cap and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your Cap Value, your deposit will not ever be debited. Any unused deposit is refundable when you terminate the service.

VoIP Deposit:

At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a deposit for any excluded or excess usage (any calls that go either above your free call limit of 500 minutes per month or are not classified as an eligible free call, e.g. calls to mobiles or international calls). If your deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be automatically debited $20. If you do not exceed your free call limit and do not incur any charges for call types not eligible for free call offer, your deposit will not ever be debited.
