Moving Home special case 1:
If you are applying to relocate your ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone service during the Minimum Contract Term to an area where TPG ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone or ADSL2+ is not available, you have the option to change to a TPG ADSL plan (with applicable charges and contract restart) after an active Telstra phone service has been installed

If you are applying to relocate your ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone service during the Minimum Contract Term and TPG determines that neither ADSL nor ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone/ADSL2+ is able to be provisioned at the new address/telephone number, your service will be cancelled and remaining portion of the Minimum Contract Term will be charged up to a maximum of $60.

If you are applying to relocate your Unlimited ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone & Super Chat Bundle during the Minimum Contract Term and TPG determines that neither ADSL nor ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone/ADSL2+ is able to be provisioned at the new address/telephone number, your service will be cancelled and remaining portion of the Minimum Contract Term will be charged up to a maximum of $60 plus Super Chat cancellation fee of $10 multiplied by the number of months remaining in your Super Chat contract.

If you are applying to relocate your ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone & Unlimited Bundle during the Minimum Contract Term and TPG determines that neither ADSL nor ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone/ADSL2+ is able to be provisioned at the new address/telephone number, your service will be cancelled and remaining portion of the Minimum Contract Term will be charged up to a maximum of $60 plus Unlimited Bundle cancellation fee of $20 multiplied by the number of months remaining in your Unlimited Bundle contract.

Unlimited ADSL2+ with Home Phone & Super Chat Bundle Change of Plan: Super Chat is bundled in a 24 month contract with Unlimited ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone. Downgrading your ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone while still in contract or moving to an ADSL2+ or Naked ADSL2+ plan will result in the cancellation of Super Chat. This will incur a Super Chat Cancellation Fee ($10 x number of months remaining in your Super Chat contract) in addition to the standard ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone change of plan fee as outlined above.
ADSL2+ with Home Phone & Unlimited Bundle Change of Plan: Unlimited Bundle comes on a 24 month contract with Unlimited ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone. Downgrading your ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone while still in contract or moving to an ADSL2+ or Naked ADSL2+ plan will result in the cancellation of the Unlimited Bundle. This will incur an Unlimited Bundle Cancellation Fee ($20 x number of months remaining in your Super Chat contract) in addition to the standard ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone change of plan fee as outlined above.

Connection Fee with Technician Visit

# This fee may apply only to customers who registered for a TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone bundle without an existing active phone line or an active DSL service.
On the day of the home phone scheduled connection, TPG will deliver the service to the network boundary point of customer’s premises. This network boundary point is typically either:
- The first telephone socket (inside a free standing premises. such as a house) or
- The Main Distribution Frame (in a multiple dwelling unit for example an apartment).
If additional cabling is required at the customer’s building MDF then the customer can choose to get a private technician to do the work or request a TPG tech.
A fee of $59.99 will apply in these circumstances.
Please note the service will be delivered to the first side of the MDF (the A side). Any wiring that is missing to connect to the other side (the B side) & into the building requires a technician.
