Monthly Usage Quota and Speed Shaping

Uploads not counted on all Naked ADSL2+ plans.

1GB (Gigabyte) = 1000 MB (Megabyte). Unused usage quota forfeited each month.

Optimal ADSL2+ speeds require compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Around 70% of TPG ADSL2+ customers can achieve speeds greater than 10Mbps. Actual speeds will vary due to many factors including distance from the local telephone exchange, the quality of the customer's copper phone line, cabling and equipment.

• TPG Naked ADSL2+ is only available in the geographical areas which are covered by TPG ADSL2+ Network.

• TPG offers Naked ADSL2+ to customers who currently have an active copper line (Customer must be able to make AND receive phone calls)
• Provision of TPG Naked ADSL2+ is subject to Service Qualification Check upon registration. Your Naked ADSL2+ application takes approximately 10 to 20 working days for the connection to occur, depending on customer’s location.
• Once Naked ADSL2+ is installed, your phone line will be disconnected. You will not be able to use any services that require a dial tone to operate. This includes fax, back to base alarm, PABX.
