Super SoHo Bundle FAQs
1.1. To whom is Super SoHo Bundle available to?
Super SoHo Bundle is available only to new customers (valid ABN/ACN required):
  • In selected TPG ADSL2+ coverage areas
  • Free ports are available on your local exchange/DSLAM
  • There is a suitable copper pair available between the Premises and the local exchange
  • The cabling infrastructure between the exchange and your premises is compatible with ADSL2+

1.2. What are the service delivery steps?
 
  1. After you have completed the registration, we will start to process the installation of Unlimited ADSL2+ with Landline Rental on your nominated phone line. Installation typically takes between 10-20 working days to complete.
  2. We will then ship equipment (e.g. modem) and Mobile & Mobile Broadband SIM Cards to your nominated address in one package. SIM Cards should not be activated until the installation of your Unlimited ADSL2+ with Landline Rental is finished.
  3. You may then activate your Mobile & Mobile Broadband SIM Cards by going online to Your Account
    Note: Please do not activate your Mobile & Mobile Broadband SIM Cards before your Unlimited ADSL2+ with Landline Rental is active.
1.3. I currently have an ADSL2+ service with TPG, can I get Super SoHo Bundle?
Super SoHo Bundle is only available to new customers. At this time, you cannot change or upgrade your existing TPG ADSL2+ connection to Super SoHo Bundle.
1.4. Why am I charged $140 Super SoHo Bundle deposit at the time of registration?
At the time of registration, we debit $140 that is kept as a Security Deposit for the following services: Landline Rental ($20), Mobile Broadband ($20) and Mobile ($20 x 5 services). These deposits are used to pay for all Landline Rental call usage charges and for any excluded or excess usage outside your Included Value for Mobile & Mobile Broadband services. Once any of your individual deposits (e.g. Landline Rental, Mobile or Mobile Broadband) goes below $5, we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once per month and more than $20 might need to be debited for each individual deposit. You authorise to make such debits to your account/credit card. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be credited back to your account once you cancel the service. If you require International Roaming on your mobile service, additional $100 deposit for each mobile service will be kept to activate roaming.
1.5. Which Business Mobile plan is included in Super SoHo Bundle?
The included mobile plan in Super SoHo Bundle is the Medium Business Mobility plan.

1.6. Can I bundle a different TPG Mobile plan in Super SoHo Bundle?
Unfortunately no, only Medium Business Mobility plan is available with Super SoHo Bundle.
1.7. Can I get more/less than 5 Business Mobile and 1 Mobile Broadband plans included in Super SoHo Bundle?
You cannot choose to alter the Bundle components of Super SoHo Bundle during registration. The Super SoHo Bundle includes 5 Business Mobility Medium plans and 1 Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan with no contract. The Mobile plans are discounted to $10 monthly charge per plan as part of the Super SoHo Bundle. Cancellation of the Mobile or Mobile Broadband plans included in the Super SoHo Bundle will reduce your Bundle monthly charge by $10 per month for each plan cancelled.

You can purchase additional Mobile or Mobile Broadband service, however these will not be considered as part of your Super SoHo Bundle and hence the special bundle price of $10 per Mobile plan does not apply. Additional Mobile or Mobile Broadband plans will be charged at standard pricing (e.g. $14.99 monthly fee for a Medium Business Mobility plan if you have TPG Broadband and $9.99 monthly fee for 1GB Mobile Broadband).
1.8. Can I cancel any of the service components included in Super SoHo Bundle?
The Super SoHo Bundle is only active when ADSL2+ with Landline Rental is active. If you cancel ADSL2+ with Landline Rental, you will be charged a contract payout fee of 50% of the monthly charges that would have been paid between the date of cancellation and the end of the contract period, up to a maximum of $350. All Mobile and Mobile Broadband plans included in the bundle will revert to standard pricing (i.e. $17.99 per month for Business Mobility Medium plan and $9.99 per month for Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan).

The Super SoHo Bundle includes 5 Business Mobility Medium plans and 1 Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan with no contract. The Mobile plans are discounted to $10 monthly charge per plan as part of the Super SoHo Bundle. Cancellation of the Mobile or Mobile Broadband plans included in the Super SoHo Bundle will reduce your Bundle monthly charge by $10 per month for each plan cancelled.
1.9. Can I change my ADSL2+ plan in Super SoHo Bundle?
Any change of plan made to Unlimited ADSL2+ with Landline Rental will result in all Mobile and Mobile Broadband services included in the bundle to revert to their standard pricing (i.e. $14.99 per month for Business Mobility Medium plan if you have TPG Broadband and $9.99 per month for Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan).

You may also be charged with change of plan or contract cancellation fee and agree to a new contract term. This depends on the plan you are moving to and whether you are inside or outside of your Super SoHo Bundle contract.

If you are still in contract:
If you downgrade to a TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone plan (e.g. ADSL2+ 100GB with Home Phone), you will be charged with a once off $59 downgrade fee. Your contract term will continue as per your current contract.

If you change to another TPG Broadband service (e.g. Standalone ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+, etc), you will be charged with a contract payout fee of 50% of the monthly charges that would have been paid between the date of cancellation and the end of the contract period, up to a maximum of $350. Connection fee and new contract term as per the new plan will apply.

If you are outside contract:
Since you are outside of contract, there is no charge if you downgrade to a TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone plan (e.g. ADSL2+ 100GB with Home Phone). There is also no change of plan or contract payout fee if you change to another TPG Broadband service (e.g. Standalone ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+, etc), however connection fee and new contract term will apply as per the new plan.

1.10. Can I change my Mobile or Mobile Broadband plan in Super SoHo Bundle?
Standard pricing will apply as per the Mobile and Mobile Broadband plans you are changing to. You will no longer be eligible for the discounted Mobile monthly charge of $10 for the service that has been changed.

For example if you change one of your five Mobile plans to Business Mobility Heavy plan, your monthly charge will become $149.98, calculated as $29.99 (Business Mobility Heavy) + $69.99 (ADSL2+ with Landline Rental) + $40 (4 x $10 Discounted Business Mobility Medium) + $10 (Mobile Broadband Go 1GB).
1.11. Can I cancel Super SoHo Bundle?
Cancelling Super SoHo Bundle whilst still in contract will result in a contract payout fee of 50% of the monthly charges that would have been paid between the date of cancellation and the end of the contract period, up to a maximum of $350. For example, if you cancel Super SoHo Bundle with 4 months remaining in your contract, you will be charged with a cancellation fee of $259.98 (50% x $129.99 x 4).
1.12. Can I relocate Super SoHo Bundle?
Super SoHo Bundle is only available in locations where TPG offers ADSL2+ Unlimited with Landline Rental, in which case you will be charged with a standard relocation fee of $79 if you are still in contract or $59 if you are outside of your contract. There will be no changes to your Mobile & Mobile Broadband services included in the bundle.

You are also required to restart your contract term for 6 months if you have less than 6 months contract remaining or are outside of your current contract. If you have more than 6 months remaining, your current contract term will continue.
1.13. What if I'm relocating to an area where TPG does not offer ADSL2+ Unlimited with Landline Rental?
If you are relocating to a location where TPG does not offer ADSL2+ Unlimited with Landline Rental, your Super SoHo bundle will be cancelled. Your Mobile and Mobile Broadband plans included in the bundle will automatically revert to standard pricing (i.e. $14.99 per month for each Business Mobility Medium plan if you have TPG Broadband and $9.99 per month for Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan).

If you are still in contract, you will be charged with a standard relocation fee of $79 plus the connection fee of the new service. If you are outside of your current contract term, you will only be charged with the connection fee of the new service.

You are also required to restart your contract term for 6 months if you have less than 6 months contract remaining or are outside of your current contract. If you have more than 6 months remaining, your current contract term will continue.
1.14. What if I'm relocating to an area where TPG does not offer any Broadband service?
If you are relocating to a location where TPG does not offer any Broadband service, your Super SoHo bundle will be cancelled. Your Mobile and Mobile Broadband plans included in the bundle will automatically revert to standard pricing (i.e. $17.99 per month for each Business Mobility Medium plan and $9.99 per month for Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan).

If you are still in contract, you will be charged the minimum contract term of up to $60. There is no fee involved if you are outside of your current contract term.
1.15. Can I purchase additional services on top of Super SoHo Bundle?
You can purchase additional services after you signed up with Super SoHo Bundle, however standard pricing and deposit apply for any additional services. For example, if you wish to purchase an additional Medium Business Mobility plan, you will be charged with $14.99 monthly fee (discounted from $17.99 because you have TPG Broadband), $20 Mobile Deposit, and $20 SIM Charge.
1.16. What are the standard pricings of the individual service components in Super SoHo Bundle?
Standard monthly fees of the individual service components of the Super SoHo Bundle are as follows:

  • Unlimited ADSL2+ with Landline Rental: $69.99
  • Medium Business Mobility plan: $17.99 ($14.99 if you have TPG Broadband)
  • 1GB Mobile Broadband: $9.99
