Connection of your ADSL2+ and Landline services of the Super SoHo Bundle connection takes approximately 10 working days however in some cases can take up to 20 working days. Bundle Charging Arrangement: Super SoHo Bundle is a special bundle with four components: ADSL2+, Landline Rental, Business Mobility Medium Mobile & Mobile Broadband Go 1GB. If you cancel ADSL2+ with Landline which is part of the Super SoHo Bundle within the 24 month contract term, you will incur an early termination fee. The bundled monthly charge of $129.99 is charged as $69.99 for the ADSL2+ with Landline, $10 for the Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan and 5 Business Mobility Medium plans are each discounted to $10 for each service (per month) when that ADSL2+ with Landline is active. If for any reason the ADSL2+ with Landline ceases being active and charged at $69.99 per month, the Business Mobility Medium Plan charge reverts to standard price of $17.99 per month ($14.99 when you have TPG DSL broadband) and Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan reverts to standard price of $9.99 per month if ADSL2+ with Landline is terminated. If you cancel any Business Mobility Medium plan or the Mobile Broadband Go 1GB plan which are included in the Super SoHo Bundle, your Super SoHo Bundle monthly charge will be reduced by $10 for every Mobile service cancelled. You can purchase additional Mobile services after you sign up for Super SoHo Bundle but standard monthly charges, contract term and deposit will apply for those services. Change of Plan: If you are still in contract and you wish to change the ADSL2+ with Landline to another plan, you will incur an early termination fee. If you change the Business Mobility Medium plans included in the Super SoHo Bundle to another Mobile plan, then you will no longer be eligible for the discounted Mobile price of $10 for each service. These changed plans will automatically revert to standard Business Mobility pricing. Relocation: Super SoHo Bundle is only available in a location where ADSL2+ with Landline is available. You will incur a standard relocation fee when you relocate your ADSL2+ with Landline service. A standard relocation fee + connection fee applies if you sign up to an alternative broadband service (e.g. due to service unavailability) and your remaining Mobile and Mobile Broadband services will revert to standard Business Mobility Medium Plan monthly charge of $17.99 ($14.99 when you have TPG DSL broadband) and Mobile Broadband Go 1GB Plan monthly charge of $9.99 per month. Important : The Landline (included in the Super SoHo Bundle) service is discounted based on new customers agreeing to waive the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG). In addition to the monthly recurring charges, TPG requires pre-payment for usage outside of Included Value and for call charges. TPG keeps separate pre-payment deposits for each of the service components in the SOHO Bundle. Bills are not provided with the SOHO Bundle, but tax invoices are available online.
Landline Deposit:
At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay for all Landline call usage charges. Once your deposit goes below $5, we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once per month and more than $20 might need to be debited. You authorise to make such debits to your account/credit card. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be credited back to you once you cancel the service.
Mobile Deposit ($20 each service):
TPG Mobile service is neither prepaid nor post paid. At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay for any excluded or excess usage outside your Included Value (for Business Mobility Plans) or all usage (for Pay As You Go plans). Excluded or excess usage means any Calls, Text or Data that go either above your Cap Value or are not included in your Included Value. Once your deposit goes below $5, we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once per month and more than $20 might need to be debited. You authorise us to make such debits to your account/credit card. If you do not exceed your Included Value and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your Mobile plan, your deposit will not ever be debited. We will send you SMS messages about your usage and the debits during the month. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be credited back to your account once you cancel the service.
Mobile Broadband Deposit:
ADSL2+ Unlimited At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay for any excess data usage. Excess data usage means the data that go above your included data allowance. Once your deposit goes below $5, we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your data usage is high, this can occur more than once per month and more than $20 might need to be debited. You authorise to make such debits to your account/credit card. If you do not exceed your included data allowance your deposit will not ever be debited. We will send you SMS messages about your usage and the debits during the month. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be returned back to your account once you cancel the service. #ADSL2+ Speeds: Optimal ADSL2+ speeds require compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Around 70% of TPG ADSL2+ customers can achieve speeds greater than 10Mbps. Actual speeds will vary due to many factors including distance from the local telephone exchange, the quality of the customer's copper phone line, cabling and equipment. Landline Rental TPG Landline Number: At registration time, you can choose to port your existing number to TPG or have TPG supply a Direct Inward Dial Number (DID) for use with the TPG Landline service. This number will be allocated to you based on the address which you provide us at the time of registration. TPG will make use of your number as a reference point to charge for local calls. TPG will use its best endeavours to supply the Integrated Public Number Database (IPND) with your address details for the purpose of emergency services (000) calling. Business Mobile Included Value: For Business Mobility plans, Included Value means the available monthly usage value which can be used within each billing month for eligible calls and other usage types. Eligible Calls and Usage types are: Calls, SMS & MMS to Standard Australian (includes 13/18) and International Numbers (Landlines & Mobiles), Video Calls to Standard Australian Mobiles, Diversion within Australia and Tethering. Standard rates apply for usage outside of the Included Value. Unused Included Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly charging cycle period. Included & Excess Data: Each Business Mobility plan has a specific amount of Included Data each month, Excess Data rate applies once Included Data is exceeded. Excluded: Business Mobility Plans exclude Calls and SMS to 19 numbers, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo services, Third Party content, International Video Calls, International Roaming, Directory Assistance, Calls thru to connect services (e.g. 124YES) and other Enhanced Services. Excess charges will be deducted from the Mobile Deposit . Mobile Broadband The Mobile Broadband plan available in the Super SoHo Bundle is Mobile Broadband Go 1GB. Mobile Broadband is only available in TPG's Mobile Broadband Coverage area and is subject to network limitations and hardware capabilities. Compatible 3G capable devices are required. TPG Mobile Broadband Coverage covers the greater metropolitan areas of most Australian capital cities and some regional areas. Equipment Delivery A $10 delivery fee applies if equipments are not collected from TPG´s Head Office. All equipments will be delivered in one package.
