Locked Handsets


Locked handsets may not work with TPG Mobile. This page contains information on what you can do if your handset is locked to another network.

When you sign up for a mobile deal that comes with a plan and a mobile phone, there is a chance that the mobile phone you receive may be locked to the network provider you signed up with. Locked handsets may not work with TPG Mobile. If your mobile phone is locked to another provider, please contact your provider to unlock:

Vodafone: call 1300 650 410 or visit www.vodafone.com.au/unlock
Telstra: call 13 22 00
Optus: call 13 39 37

Alternatively, you can visit the store in which you purchased the phone for assistance.
