Managing Your TPG Mobile Features Online


You can log into 'Your Account' to manage your TPG Mobile features/service conditions (e.g. GPRS, Roaming, Call Diversion, etc). Simply follow the simple steps below.

  • Log into Your Account with your mobile number and password (the password you nominated during registration)

  • Select View All Mobile Service Accounts



  • Click Mobile Service Control Panel



  • You can then activate/deactivate the various features/service conditions of your TPG Mobile inside the Mobile Service Control Panel


  • Services explained

    Data
    Enabling this feature will allow you to access the Internet using your mobile phone. Mobile data is enabled by default. To disable Mobile data, click See Further Information, select Disable on the desired state, and then click Submit.

  • Bar All Outgoing Calls
    Activating this feature will block all outgoing calls from your TPG Mobile (i.e. you will not be able to make any calls from your mobile phone). Simply select Active and then click Submit at the bottom of the control panel to activate this feature.

  • Outgoing International Calls
    Disabling this service will block all outgoing international calls from your TPG Mobile (i.e. you will not be able to make international calls from your mobile phone). Simply select Not Active and then click Submit at the bottom of the control panel to block all outgoing international calls.

  • Sending SMS
    Sending SMS is enabled by default. Disabling this service will block your mobile phone from sending any SMS. Simply select Not Active and then click Submit at the bottom of the control panel to disable sending SMS.

  • Receiving SMS
    Receiving SMS is enabled by default. Disabling this service will block your mobile phone from receiving any SMS. Simply select Not Active and then click Submit at the bottom of the control panel to disable receiving SMS.

  • International Roaming
    International Roaming is disabled by default. Enabling International roaming will allow you to use your TPG Mobile service overseas. Note that roaming charges are significantly more expensive than normal mobile charges you have experienced before. To activate International Roaming, click See Further Information, select Enable on the desired state, and then agree to the terms and conditions.   • Unconditional Divert (all calls)
    Enabling Unconditional Divert will redirect ALL incoming calls to your nominated phone number or your voicemail. This feature is disabled by default. To enable unconditional divert, either enter the phone number you wish your incoming calls to be redirected to or choose To Voicemail. Finally, click Submit at the bottom of the control panel to confirm your change.

  • Voicemail
    Voicemail is always active. Please click here for more information about Voicemail.

  • Video Call
    Video Call feature is always active. You will need a mobile phone that supports video call to use this feature.

  • International Video Call
    International Video Call feature is always active. You will need a mobile phone that supports video call to use this feature.
