Call Diversion/Forwarding

Note: This guide is applicable for customers who signed up after 30 September 2015 or customers who have migrated to TPG Mobile service on the Vodafone network. This guide is not applicable to TPG Mobile service on the Optus network.

Call diversion/forwarding is a feature where incoming calls to your mobile phone can be forwarded automatically to either another phone number or your Voicemail.

Please note: Standard charges are applicable to forwarded calls, see call rates for more information.

Call diversion can be configured to automatically forward incoming calls according to these rules:
(Select one of the links below)


Unconditional Divert (All Calls)


Unconditional Divert will redirect ALL incoming calls to your nominated phone number or your voicemail.

You can manage the state of this feature online via My Account. Click Managing Your TPG Mobile Features Online for further information.

Divert If Busy


Divert If Busy is a feature where incoming calls to your mobile are automatically forwarded to another number or to your Voicemail when:
  • You are on another call, or
  • You reject an incoming call

Setting up Divert if Busy on iPhone:

Step 1. Press Phone



Step 2. Press Keypad.



Step 3. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter **67*+61414121000# and press the Call button.
To divert calls to specific number - Enter **67*[PHONE NUMBER]# and press the Call button.
To deactivate diversion - Enter in #67# and press the Call button.




Setting up Divert if Busy on Android:

Step 1. Press Phone



Step 2. Press MORE



Step 3. Press Settings



Step 4. Press More settings or Call settings



Step 5. Press Call forwarding



Step 6. Press Forward when busy



Step 7. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter +61414121000 and press UPDATE.
To divert calls to specific number Enter the [Phone Number] and press UPDATE.
To deactivate diversion - Press DISABLE.




Divert If No Reply


Divert If No Reply is a feature where incoming calls to your mobile are automatically forwarded to another phone number or to your Voicemail when incoming call is not answered and rings out.

Setting up Divert If No Reply on iPhone:

Step 1. Press Phone.



Step 2. Press Keypad.



Step 3. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter **61*+61414121000# and press the Call button.
To divert calls to specific number - Enter **61*[PHONE NUMBER]# and press the Call button.
To deactivate diversion - Enter in #61# and press the Call button.




Setting up Divert If No Reply on Android:

Step 1. Press Phone



Step 2. Press MORE



Step 3. Press Settings



Step 4. Press More settings or Call settings



Step 5. Press Call forwarding



Step 6. Press Forward when unanswered.



Step 7. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter +61414121000 and press UPDATE.
To divert calls to specific number Enter the [Phone Number] and press UPDATE.
To deactivate diversion - Press DISABLE.




Divert If Unreachable


Divert If Unreachable is a feature where incoming calls to your mobile are automatically forwarded to another phone number or to your Voicemail when your phone is switched off or out of coverage.

Setting up Divert If Unreachable on iPhone:


Step 1. Press Phone



Step 2. Press Keypad.



Step 3. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter **62*+61414121000# and press the Call button.
To divert calls to specific number - Enter **62*[PHONE NUMBER]# and press the Call button.
To deactivate diversion - Enter in #62# and press the Call button.




Setting up Divert If Unreachable on Android:

Step 1. Press Phone



Step 2. Press MORE



Step 3. Press Settings



Step 4. Press More settings or Call settings



Step 5. Press Call forwarding



Step 6. Press Forward when unreachable



Step 7. To divert calls to voicemail - Enter +61414121000 and press UPDATE.
To divert calls to specific number Enter the [Phone Number] and press UPDATE.
To deactivate diversion - Press DISABLE.
