How do I use this service?
The TPG SOUL Virtual Phone Card is very simple to use and can be broken down into just three steps.
First dial the TPG SOUL Virtual Phone Card Gateway number
Then Dial your access number and PIN (which you will have received during the registration process) followed by the # key
And finally, dial the number you wish to call, including any relevant country or area codes

How do I view my usage?
You can track how and when your Virtual Phone Card is used very easily. Log in to the ‘Your Account’ section of our website and select the ‘Check Call Usage’ option. If you would like to check your usage now, click here.

No, you don’t need to be an existing TPG SOUL customer to use this great service.
How much does each call cost?
The cost of each call depends on where you are calling. Each destination has its own low and affordable rate. Click here for a full list of intercapital and international rates.
What are these charges on my phone bill?
Local, STD and mobile call charges will apply to the TPG SOUL Gateway number. These are set by your Telephone Service Provider. Please ensure you verify these charges with your Telephone Service Provider prior to making any calls. To ensure the TPG SOUL Virtual Phone Card gateway number is a local call please contact your Telephone Service Provider.
Do I need to call from the same phone line every time?
No, you can use the Virtual Phone Card service from any phone line.
