Whilst TPG provides cheap international calling rates, you are responsible for the cost of the call from your landline or mobile phone to our gateway number.
If you are calling the TPG gateway number from a landline:
Currently TPG offers local gateway numbers in the above capital cities. It is recommended you always dial the local gateway number in your capital city to avoid STD charges from your telephone provider.
If you are not sure whether the call from your landline to the TPG gateway number is charged as a local call, we strongly recommend that you confirm with your telephone provider prior to making any calls.
If you are calling the TPG gateway number from a mobile:
You are able to use any gateway number. You will be charged by your telephone provider per your standard mobile call rates.
E.g. if you make a 30 minute call to India, you will be charged by your mobile phone provider for a 30 minute call to the TPG gateway number. You will also be charged by TPG for 30 minutes at TPG’s call rates to India.
