Things you need to know

TPG Broadband is available nationwide, excl. Tasmania, subject to availability.
TPG ADSL and VoIP plans are paid by Credit Card (CC) monthly in advance.

~ The theoretical maximum download and upload speeds of ADSL2+ are 24Mbps and 1Mbps respectively. Actual speeds may be lower due to a number of factors including distance from your local telephone exchange, network configuration and traffic, the quality of your copper phone line, customer premises interference and the type of your equipment. About 80% of TPG’s ADSL2+ customers are currently accessing download connection speeds of between 5Mbps and 24Mbps.

3Consists of peak (9am - 4am) and off peak (4am - 9am customer's local time) download quota. Speed will be shaped to 128k/128k for the period in which the download quota has been exceeded (peak and/or off peak).

4Speed will be shaped to 128k once inclusive download quota is reached until the start of the next billing month.

5Consists of peak (8am-2:30am) and off peak (2:30am-8am) monthly usage quota. Speed will be shaped to 64k/64k for the period in which the monthly usage quota has been exceeded (peak and/or off peak). Monthly usage quota combines upload and download.

# Speed will be shaped to 64k once inclusive download quota is reached until the start of the next billing month.
