Things You Need To Know

� Working broadband internet including ADSL, ADSL 2+ and Cable
� Due to ISP restrictions, TPG Softphone VoIP may be incompatible with some ISPs .
Known incompatible ISPs are, but may not be limited to : Optus Cable
� Requires Windows operating system
� The minimum 512kbps download and 128kbps upload speeds are required
� Router should not be part of the known incompatible router list:
These brands include, but not restricted to, the following: Zyxel
� Ethernet connection recommended
� You'll need microphone and speakers or a headset attached to your PC
� Credit Card payment only.
� TPG will initially debit the Customer�s credit card $20 for pre-paid call credit.
