HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • dot-sqrProvide admin and clerical support to the HR Department
  • dot-sqrMaintain all HR documents such as 201 files, memos and reprimands
  • dot-sqrCoordinate with other departments on HR-related concerns
  • dot-sqrAct as frontliner/receptionist for the HR Department
  • dot-sqrMonitor employees' employment requirements
  • dot-sqrAssist in clearance administration and in exit interviews
  • dot-sqrAttend to employees' concerns
Requirements:
  • dot-sqrCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • dot-sqrAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • dot-sqrPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • dot-sqrExcellent communication skills
  • dot-sqrExperience in a BPO setting is an advantage
  • dot-sqrCan work with minimal supervision
  • dot-sqrCan start ASAP
