Human Resource Specialist – Labor Relations
Job Description
The Labour and Employee Relations Officer will handle overall ER functions such as (but not limited to):
  • dot-sqrMust be knowledgeable on the legal environment for employee relations
  • dot-sqrProvide assistance and guidance to all department heads on all issues regarding HR
  • dot-sqrVerifying cases endorsed by operations to HR
  • dot-sqrHandles employees' disciplinary actions
  • dot-sqrEnsuring that due process is rendered to employees and Company
  • dot-sqrWill focus on retention
  • dot-sqrAssist in handling Labour Cases
  • dot-sqrLiaise with other departments
  • dot-sqrMaintains confidentiality of information received during the course of duties
  • dot-sqrAttends to other HR tasks assigned by immediate leader and/or Management from time to time
  • dot-sqrAble to facilitate Admin hearings and investigation proceedings
  • dot-sqrAdept with DOLE / NLRC / SENA procedures and processes
Requirements:
  • dot-sqrCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, and Business courses or equivalent.
  • dot-sqrAt least 2 years of work experience in HR specializing in Employee and Labour Relations preferably in a BPO set-up is required for this position.
  • dot-sqrHas Good understanding of Philippine Labour Laws
  • dot-sqrWith excellent writing and editing skills
  • dot-sqrWith strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
  • dot-sqrAbility to drive the company objective
