Call Forward:

You can forward your incoming calls to any mobile, landline or to your voicemail anytime by logging into Your Account section at the website.

You can divert your incoming calls in 3 ways:

1. Divert any incoming calls

2. Divert calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings

3. Divert calls if your number is busy

Call Forward from Handset

You cannot setup any call forward from your TPG VoIP handset, you can only do it through Your Account section online.

Forward/Divert incoming calls through Your Account

You can log-in to your account online and manage your call forwarding needs. If you want to forward calls to voicemail then you have to type 599 in the below box.



There is no cost to setup call forward feature but standard call rates apply to all forwarded calls.
