Application Support Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tier 2 support for ordering and provisioning (order fulfilment) systems:

  • Resolving trouble tickets
  • Investigating issues with orders/systems
  • Finding root causes and engaging development team for permanent fixes
  • Supporting and monitoring production systems
  • Communicating with other carriers to resolve issues


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in XML, Web Services and SoapUI or similar tools
  • SQL knowledge (Oracle preferred)
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux operation systems
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have a sharp attention to detail and a "can do" attitude
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Desirable:
    • Background in Telecoms
    • Background in Order Fulfilment
    • Shell scripting
    • Experience in Java or other programming language
