Purchasing Staff (Admin and Finance)

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience in purchasing is required
  • Highly skilled in dealing with supplier costing
  • Highly detailed oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines

Job Description:

  • Collate various supplier quotations and costing for comparison and references
  • Process purchase orders, schedule deliveries, monitor the item status, and ensures complete transport of goods or services
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of invoices or billings for timely payment
  • Interact and negotiate with the suppliers on a regular basis
  • Review inventories and order as required
  • Manage travel requests and related concerns
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned
