Wild Pack: 3 month contract. Credit Card payment only. Paid quarterly in advance.
Easy Pack: Credit Card payment only. TPG SOUL will debit $22 at the time of registration for 20 hours Internet Access paid in advance, this is non-refundable on cancellation. Once the 20 hours are used, customers are billed when their hourly charges reach $22, or monthly, for the previous months usage, whichever comes first.

Nationwide Access Number

TPG SOUL Dialup Internet now has a new Nationwide Dialup Access Number for use everywhere in Australia. This means if you are travelling or moving you can always dial the single national access number and use the Internet as normal.


Dialling this number should be charged at local call rate, however we recommend that you contact Telstra on 13 22 00 or your telephone provider to confirm call charges for dialling into this new access number. It is the Customers responsibility to check call charges prior to using the service.
Please also note that this number has no other prefix such as area code 02, 03 or 07 in front of it.
