To change your ADSL location please use the change of location form under the Your Account section. If you are changing location where you would like to have Naked ADSL2+, ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone or NBN Broadband with Home Phone installed, please email ADSL Admin adsl_admin@tpg.com.au or call Customer Service on 13 14 23.

Moving Home includes:

  1. Change of service address (even if the service telephone number does not change)
  2. Change of telephone number (even if the service address does not change)

Moving Home special case:

If you are applying to relocate your current Internet service to a new location where your current service is not available, you have 3 options:

  1. Choose any of the available services (Broadband Off Net, ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+ or ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone). Applicable fees and contract term will apply as above.
  2. Cancel your current Internet service (paying out the remainder of your Minimum Contract Term up to $350 (see above for calculation)
  3. During the Minimum Contract Term if TPG determines that we cannot provide any Internet service (Broadband Off-Net, ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+ or ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone) at the new address/telephone number, your service will be cancelled and remaining portion of the Minimum Contract Term will be charged up to a maximum of $60.

TPG Internet cannot guarantee the availability of Broadband Off-Net, ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+ or ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone at any location; however TPG can test for availability on active phone numbers upon a customer's request.

Broadband Off-Net/ADSL2+ upgrade: a change to a plan with a higher or equal monthly access charge

Broadband Off-Net/ADSL2+ downgrade: a change to a plan with a lower monthly access charge

* ADSL2+ plan change as a Downgrade, outside of contract, free of charge is limited to one every 6 months.
Any subsequent change as a Downgrade within 6 months will incur a fee of $90.

Contract restart: a new Minimum Contract Term (as defined for each Broadband Off-Net/ADSL2+ plan) that replaces any previous Minimum Contract Term.

Change of Plan special case 1:
If you are changing plan in conjunction with a relocation or reconnection of your Broadband Off-Net/ADSL2+ service, a contract restart will apply as well as the applicable charges (see Relocation and Reconnection).

Reconnection of a service will continue your current contract status. If you are out of contract, you will remain on a month-to-month term.

The reconnection fee is levied by Telstra as their cost to reinstate your line to their standard telephone network and payable once your TPG ADSL/ADSL2+ service is disconnected.
