Moving Home Fee
Moving to a new address? 5G Home Broadband is only for use at the address nominated on your order, so you'll need to contact us to move your TPG service.
The type of TPG internet service may change based on what's available at your new address.

Cancellation Fee

Modem Fee
This fee is charged if you withdraw your order or cancel your 5G Home Broadband service within the first 36 months and choose not to return the 5G Home Broadband modem to us in Good Working Order within 21 days. If you choose to return your modem, you must use the prepaid consignment we send you for your return.
