Your personal information is being collected by TPG Telecom Limited (ACN 096 304 620) of Level 27, Tower Two, International Towers Sydney, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000.  We collect your personal information (including, your full name, email, phone number and address) directly from you when you enter the competition via our online entry form.

We collect this information to process and verify your competition entry, to determine eligibility and select a winner, to notify and contact prize winners, to arrange prize fulfilment and delivery and comply with appliable laws. This collection is necessary for us to administer the competition and without this information you will not be eligible to participate in the competition.

We may disclose your personal information to the following types of entities in the ordinary course of running the competition: prize fulfillment partners, regulatory bodies or law enforcement where required by law, marketing and promotional agencies assisting with the competition administration.
