Description:
- To be the owner of end to end delivery experience of the customer
- Handle multiple projects and tasks with potentially varying priorities
- Validate network details of customer to ensure delivery of service
- Coordination of third-party installers and field technician resources as required
- Identify potential issues and proactively escalate internally to prevent delivery delays
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather information required to support different types of projects
- Ensure service delivery is within lead time
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT/Computer related course
- Must have at least 2 years related experience
- General understanding of network LAN, WAN, and VoIP (CISCO knowledge is preferred but not a necessity)
- Active interest in learning and maintaining technical skills & knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work within the team
