- 6 months BPO experience
- Bachelor’s/College Degree or 2 year Associate/Vocational course
- We also consider fresh graduates without BPO experience with a 4 year course - we provide full training
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
- Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
- Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
